Returning & Exchanging
Firstly we would like to say you can feel free to purchase with absolute confidence - We provide a great system to exchange products.
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. If 14 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Most of our items are of intimate nature and do have close skin contact and as such, we need to be fair and firm with our return policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be free of markings or stretch marks. It will help to also be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
Additional non-returnable items:
Intimate items that clearly show signs of wear. Orders which are incorrect sizes are not eligible for refund, but are eligible for exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Usually, your order number is sufficient.
As per our return policy and the intimate nature of some of our products, purchases for items of undergarment style are not eligible for a refund for hygienic reasons. You really wouldn't want to purchase a used item from us either. Any item purchased is also not eligible for a refund of shipping costs whether paid or unpaid (free shipping).
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or whether or not you have store credit.
Refunds amounts will be less the shipping and handling and repackaging costs of the original purchase price. Refunds will always be less any shipping price paid or unpaid - regardless if the purchase was made with free shipping or not.
Late or missing exchanges(if applicable)
If you haven’t received an exchange yet, first check that your item has actually been delivered back to us (via tracking number). Then check that it is still within the 14-day return window. If you have yet to receive your exchange after getting confirmation from us that we have sent it, please contact us. We record all shipment tracking numbers. We also, strongly encourage you to use a tracking service when returning your item. We can't be held responsible for a return that does not actually make it to us in transit.
Change of Mind or if incorrect sizes were chosen
Refunds are not available for incorrect sizing or change of mind - If you choose not to have the correct size resent to you, you will be offered store credit less shipping from original purchase. Exchanges are welcome, as long as your item is still in its original condition. Any item that clearly shows signs of wear will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size this can be done with all shipping covered by you, the buyer. Please select your size wisely before purchasing and use the sizing charts listed in each item description. Any item that clearly shows signs of wear will not be eligible for an exchange. This includes any markings or stretching on the item. The item must be in its original condition.
If your item is in its original packaging and does not show any signs of wear, you will need to do the following to ensure a prompt exchange:

2. Download, print and fill in the PDF listed here: Return Slip and return this with your return.
3. Please also include a pre-paid return envelope or satchel with your address you wish to deliver to. If you decide not to include a return satchel, we also have an option to invoice you $12 for a return postage (domestic only), please indicate this on your return. International returns will need customer service to organise as this amount will vary by location.
Once you've sent your return, please keep a copy of the return tracking number, so we can both can track its whereabouts. Our teams will then notify you of your items receipt and inspection.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund regardless if your purchase was made with free shipping or not.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly recommend you use a tracking number return option, as we do not take any responsibility for any item lost in transit without a tracking number.
